Is it possible to configure the Outlook365 “when an email is received” trigger so that the credentials are provided by a service account? I mean a service account/app registration, not a user account used as a service account.
I am not 100% sure, but I believe it can only be triggered via a user account.

I concur with Paulie. Never seen an application user connected to an Outlook mailbox.
